Once order is placed, we have a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor (QAS) with 12 yrs of experience that randomly samples incoming durian to ensure top quality and taste
Once the supply is approved it is sent to the packing line
Within the packing line we have another QAS that checks the quality of every box before sealing
All packed boxes are placed under a temperature of 22°C to maximise freshness and flavour
All boxes not sold within 8 hours are disposed
