• We sample durian from all our suppliers before placing an order
• Once order is placed, we have a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor (QAS) with 12 yrs of experience that randomly samples incoming durian to ensure top quality and taste
• Once the supply is approved it is sent to the packing line
• Within the packing line we have another QAS that checks the quality of every box before sealing
• All packed boxes are placed under a temperature of 22°C to maximise freshness and flavour
• All boxes not sold within 8 hours are disposed

The result? Freshness you can taste.
